I’m the Broker and the Owner, so I am constantly engaged in ongoing training and education, along with my entire team. Everyone on our team is smart, educated, experienced, and dedicated to continual improvement.  As a Licensed Attorney (though I don’t practice). My clients rely on my experience in contract law to negotiate the best possible deals and terms possible I ensure my clients are well-versed in the contract terms, pitfalls, deadlines, and critical dates. My MBA has given me the background and tools to analyze and interpret the marketplace and create successful marketing plans and processes to showcase sell homes. A 20+ year Previous Career as an Entertainment Executive and Attorney for Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, and Capitol Records. My unique background with recording artists and celebrities was the groundwork for the company philosophy of hands-on boutique services and treating each client as the star of their transaction. I have Lived in Over 35 Homes, around the world, as the daughter of a career Air Force pilot! So, I have a unique sensitivity to the process of moving homes. And like many of you, I also moved my parents from another state to be closer. It never gets easier. Some may say, it gets harder as we get older!
